What is this notification about?
This notice is to advise you of planned maintenance within the Production environment for the LIMOSS API Gateway Market Service.

When is the maintenance scheduled?
Sunday 8th February 2026 @ 19:00 (UK) until 21:00 (UK).

How does it impact me?
During the scheduled maintenance window, users will not be able to access the LIMOSS API Gateway Service in Production.

LIMOSS SSO authentication, and access to other services such as DDM are not expected to be impacted by this maintenance.

What action must I take?
Please cascade this information to any LIMOSS API Gateway users within your organisation and inform them that should they experience problems calling APIs during this maintenance window, that they are advised to wait until the maintenance has completed before retrying their request.

After the maintenance has completed, we advise subscribers and API publishers to place an API test call via the PROD LIMOSS API Gateway .
