What is this notification about? This notice is to advise you of maintenance activities within the Production environment for the DDM Market Service to renew an expiring certificate on the TIDE SSRS Reporting Server.
When is the maintenance scheduled? Wednesday 10th December 2025 between 17:00 (UK) and 18:00 (UK).
How does this impact me? There is no impact to the DDM Service during the maintenance window however, there will be up to a 30 minute outage to the DDM Reports functionality.
What action must I take? Please cascade this information to the DDM users within your organisation.
