What is this notification about? This notice is to advise you that CTi are currently investigating an incident impacting the DDM Production Market Service. CTi have already engaged Microsoft in support of this investigation.
How does it impact me? Users may experience slow performance or a blue spinning wheel when performing BDX operations such as uploads, within the DDM Production Market Service. Functions such as reporting and administration are unaffected.
What action must I take? Please cascade this information to the DDM users within your organisation.
