What is this notification about? This notice is to advise you of planned maintenance within the Production environment for the Delegated Audit Manager (DAM) Market Service.
The maintenance is a DAM version upgrade, which includes fixes and enhanced reports, as well as the newly updated Coverholder Audit Scope, which is published here by the LMA and includes the tracked changes from the previous version.
When is the maintenance scheduled? Thursday 11th December from 05:00 to 06:00 (UK).
How does it impact me? You can still use the older (version 3.0) scope for Q1 2026 audits, noting any recommendations to be recorded in DAM will be against the updated headers. From Q2 2026, the new (version 3.1) scope will need to be used.
During the scheduled maintenance window, users will still be able to access the DAM Service in Production.
What action must I take? This e-mail will be sent to all DAM users so there is no need for you to forward this on.
Next update A reminder notification will be issued once the maintenance is fully approved on Tuesday 9th December.
